As of March 2011, Cumberland HCP applicants include Cumberland County and the City of Crossville. Covered activities are underdevelopment, but likely will include residential and commercial development, utility corridors, stream crossings, and wastewater management. The Covered Activities and Covered Species pages have detailed information about the activity and species selection processes and background materials.

The CHCP is being developed by a Core Team, Steering Committee, Science Advisory Committee, Species Experts, and the HCP Project Management Team as described here.
