Dr. Hayden Mattingly, Science Advisory Committee Advisor

Hayden Mattingly is a Kentucky native who received his education in Kentucky, Virginia, and Missouri. After receiving his doctoral degree in Fisheries and Wildlife he has been a biology professor since 2001 at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville. He and his students study stream fish and crayfish ecology and conservation in southeastern U.S. watersheds. Hayden has been involved with the Cumberland HCP project since 2005 and he coordinated the Science Advisory Committee from 2006-2010.
