As of winter 2007, the City of Crossville, Cumberland County, City of Wartburg, and Morgan County have agreed to officially participate in the HCP development process. The Development Team continues to work with Fentress and Scott counties to keep them engaged in the HCP development process with the option that these communities can develop a HCP.
